An experienced New Jersey dentist, Dr. Matthew Girardy has served as dental practitioner with Simply Beautiful Smiles of Rancocas since October of 2019. Outside of the professional arena, Dr. Matthew Girardy is a tremendous fan of Walt Disney World, and has visited the park/resort more than 10 times.
Continuing its ongoing expansion of its Walt Disney World property, the Disney Development Company’s Celebration Company recently bought 26.3 acres of land along the park’s western border. The organization purchased the land from the Lake Reedy Development Group for $1.05 million. Although this property may or may not be the site of direct theme park or resort development, at the very least it will likely serve conservation and/or easement functions for structural developments closer to the heart of Walt Disney World.
This early 2020 land acquisition comes in the wake of a late 2019 purchase of 235 acres in the same area. Walt Disney World bought over 1,500 acres in early 2019, and over 900 acres in late 2018.
